5lb bag of carrots. Do you think I got enough? lol. That’s the perk about juicing. I find myself wasting NOTHING. I go through my fruits and vegetables so quickly nothing goes bad. I love that. I hate throwing away produce and any food really because I buy it just for myself and I can only eat so much!

Vegan Ceaser Salad
Seed/Nut Cheese served on cucumber slices
Nutty Asian Noodles (made with kelp noodles)
The class was a lot of fun and the food was fantastic!
